When an order is places, you will be notified via email and site notifications. You can view and manager all your orders here.
ATTENTION: You have 3 days to accept the order before it is refunded to the buyer / user.
The following options appear when you receive an order:
- Accept
- You accept the order by the user and confirm that the item is available to be shipped
- Deny
- You are denying the order, which will also disable your item. If you want to sell it again, please enable it and make sure you are able to send it. The user will receive a refund.
- Ship Order
- You will need to provider the name of the Shipping Company
- You will also need to provide the tracking number. Only Shipments with correct tracking numbers are paid out.
You can still cancel an order after you clicked shipping in the event of something happened with it. This will refund the User. Please use the message button to communicate and be transparent with the User who ordered.
