- Subscriptions cannot be refunded.
- You can turn off auto-renewal for a subscription anytime by clicking on the subscribe button on the Creator’s profile. However, you’ll still be charged for the full subscription period, and you’ll retain access to the Creator’s profile until the subscription ends.
- Visit your “My Subscriptions” page to view all active and inactive subscriptions.
- During and after the subscription ends you can follow the profile at any time without additional charges
