If a fan gives a tip for a video or sends a tip but does not receive the desired content from the creator, what can they do?
Unfortunately, in these cases, refunds cannot be offered. Private messages and tips are voluntary contributions, and FansyMe acts as a social network where creators are responsible for their content. FansyMe cannot guarantee specific results or influence the creator’s decisions regarding content management.
The fan may consider contacting the creator directly to address the issue.
